Apple Thief Makes Easy work of rivals Winning his 2nd race at only his 6th Race start

Aug 19, 2014

Lightly raced 4YO Apple Thief resumed in impressive style after a 5 month spell easily accounting for his rivals in Winning at Geelong on Sunday over the 1000 metre Sprint. Jockey Luke Nolan gave him a perfect ride having him sit off a hot speed and and then pouncing on the leaders in the run home going to the line with more in the tank and running a slick time with the big weight of 60KG. Apple Thief a son of Real Saga has now had 6 starts for 2 Wins 2 seconds and a 4th and a 5th and is proving to be an honest horse who gives his all when he steps out. Apple Thief will now step up to better races and our thanks again go to our trainer Peter Moody jockey Luke Nolan and all he Moody team and our congratulations to a loyal group of long time owners that race him with us including our main backer and partner  Perry  Sambor Owner of Tile Importer , Morgan Richardson Racing Syndicate, Rick and Chris Archer (Long time loyal QLD Friends and owners who also named him), Dianne and Rob Stephen,  Brett Cahir, Bryon  Elliott,  Terri & Bob Yorke (QLD) and  Brendon  Doyle (QLD)...............................
