Queen Amanjena was pure class on Friday, delivering a commanding all-the-way victory in Race 6 at Ballarat and adding another win to the tally for the Dalziel Racing–Moody Racing team!
Jumping cleanly from the gates, the talented mare took control early under Carleen Hefel, setting a steady rhythm in front. She travelled comfortably throughout, held her rivals at bay around the turn, and kicked strongly down the straight to maintain her lead all the way to the finish.
The victory came in the Hygain Winners Choice BM62 (1400 m) on a Good(4) track, and it was a ride judged to perfection by Carleen, who continues to get the best out of Queen Amanjena.
Trained by Peter Moody & Katherine Coleman, this mare is thriving this preparation and continues to reward her ownership group with her consistency and determination.
