Red Hot Nicc made it win number seven in impressive fashion, leading all the way to claim Race 9 at Moonee Valley.
Drawn wide, the talented gelding showed brilliant early speed to cross from the outside barrier and take control of the race from the outset. From there, he never looked back, dictating terms and powering to the line for another well-deserved victory.
Moonee Valley is proving to be a happy hunting ground for Red Hot Nicc, with this being his third win at the track. Jockey Thomas Stockdale delivered a perfectly judged ride, ensuring the gelding’s natural pace and determination were on full display.
