Savamoon delivered a brilliant victory yesterday in the RMBL Investments Rising Stars Race at Kyneton, taking out Race 7 with a tough and determined performance. He travelled beautifully under Emily Pozman, who gave him a patient and confident ride before asking him to extend at the right moment. Once Savamoon balanced up, he surged to the line and put the race away with authority.
It was a professional effort from a gelding who continues to strengthen and improve. He’s racing with confidence, and this win suggests he has even more to offer as he continues his preparation.
